Group Instructional Camp
There are 32 Full Instructional places available Minimum jumping height is 70cm.
(If you are not comfortable jumping a course of jumps at 70cm or above please book in for Happy Hacker camp with lessons)
Riders will be in groups of 4 and over the course of the weekend riders will receive up to 5 hours of instruction;
2 x Cross Country (one of these lessons may be changed for gridwork but that will be a group choice at camp)
1 x Show Jumping
1 x Dressage

Happy Hacker Camp
Bring your horse - use of the arena and XC course at specified times is available.
Private lessons with any of our instructors can be arranged. Costs of the lessons will be in addition to the below happy hacker cost. See camp booking form for instructor prices.

Junior Members
Junior members are welcome but must be accompanied at all times by a Non Riding Parent or someone who is attending camp that is over 25 that also has their own transport at camp
Non Rider Camp / Accompanying Parent
Come to camp but don't bring a horse.

Accommodation
Cabin accommodation, please bring your own bedding.
Stabling
Straw bedding and Hay is provided.
If your horse requires other bedding or haylage etc you will need to provide this.
Haylage is available to purchase at Pontispool.
Hay or haylage must be fed from a hay net.
Please bring your own horse feed.
Please bring your own wheelbarrow, mucking out equipment, water bucket, feed bowls etc.
Horse Passports & Flu Vaccinations
All horses and ponies attending camp must be vaccinated against equine influenza.

Riding Hats & Body Protectors
It is the responsibility of all riders to wear hats/body protectors that are fully compliant with current 2020 Riding Club standards.
Any rider found not to be wearing the correct standard hat and body protector will not be allowed to ride.

Payment & Booking
Please complete an online booking form.
Please allow 7 days for us to process your booking.
Your booking will be acknowledged via email and if we accept your booking you will be asked to pay a £50 non-refundable deposit – Bookings will be removed if the deposit is not received within 7 days of booking confirmation.
The Balance will be due on or before 27th May 2022.
Information on how to make payment will be given on your booking confirmation.
Cancellations
Camp deposit is non refundable.
Cancellations before 27th May 2022 - any balance payments made will be refunded less deposit.
Cancellations after 27th May 2022 may only be refunded less deposit if camp space is filled with another paid booking - This means if the camp space is not filled the total balance will need to be paid for in full.
