1pm Arrive, unpack and settle in

9am Happy Hacker Lessons

Group Instructional Camp 

JUMP

Riders will be in groups of 4 for XC and groups of 2 for Dressage and Show Jumping

Over the course of the weekend riders will receive up to 5 hours of instruction;
2 x Cross Country (Millie and Helen)
1 x Show Jumping (Gemma)
1 x Dressage​​ (Becci)

Minimum Jumping height will be 70cm

Happy Hacker or Bespoke Instructional Camp

​Bring your horse - use of the arena and XC course at specified times is available.

Lessons with any of our instructors can be arranged at the hourly rate for each trainers in addition to happy hacker camp cost, you can share lessons with friends.  (Limited space for lessons)

Junior Members

​Junior Members attending camp must be accompanied at all times by a Non Riding Parent or nominated gardian.

Non Rider Camp / Accompanying Parent

​Come to camp but don't bring a horse.  
All under 18's at camp, must be supervised and accompanied by a non riding Parent.

Accommodation

​Cabin accommodation, please bring your own bedding.

Stabling

​Shavings bedding and Hay is provided.  

If your horse requires other bedding or haylage etc you will need to provide this

Hay or haylage must be fed from a hay net.
Please bring your own horse feed.
Please bring your own wheelbarrow, mucking out equipment, water bucket, feed bowls etc. 

 

Horse Passports & Flu Vaccinations

​6 monthly flu: All horses and ponies attending camp must be vaccinated against equine influenza.
At minimum, at the time of camp the horse or pony must have received its first two primary injections.  It will be compulsory for any horse/Pony attending Stockland Lovell to have documented vaccination or booster in their passport dated within 6 months of their booking taking place (April 1st 2021).  Passports will be checked on arrival.

 

Riding Hats & Body Protectors

​It is the responsibility of all riders to wear hats/body protectors that are fully compliant with current 2020 Riding Club standards.

Any rider found not to be wearing the correct standard hat and body protector will not be allowed to ride.

Payment & Booking

​Please complete an online booking form. 

Your booking will be acknowledged via email. 

You will be asked to pay a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your camp space

The balance will be due on or before 20th August 2021.

Information on how to make payment will be given on your booking confirmation.

  

Cancellations

Camp deposit is non refundable.
Cancellations before 20th August 2021 - any balance payments made will be refunded less deposit.
Cancellations after 20th August
2021 may only be refunded less deposit if camp space is filled with another paid booking - This means if the camp space is not filled the total balance will need to be paid for in full.
