As a club, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality training across Somerset at affordable prices.
Whether you enjoy dressage, show jumping, or eventing, we offer training opportunities across all disciplines for riders to enjoy.
All training dates are listed on our Bookings Spreadsheet and are also advertised on our Facebook page.
Please note that bookings cannot be made via Facebook posts or messages. To book, please follow the steps below.
Most training is open to members only.
BOOKING PROCESS
How to Book & Pay for Training
1. Complete the Booking Form
Complete the booking form [CLICK HERE].
Your booking will be processed within 48 hours of submission.
2. Check the Bookings Spreadsheet

Written or verbal confirmation of your booking will not be provided. Your booking is confirmed once your name appears on the bookings spreadsheet.

If you are placed on the waitlist, you will be contacted should a place become available.
3. Payment
Payment is required once confirmation appears on the bookings spreadsheet. Waitlisted attendees do not need to make payment unless a space becomes available.

Please reference the training date and rider’s initials with your payment.
IMPORTANT

The ETSW team processes bookings; however, it is the member’s responsibility to check booking status and ensure payment is made.

ETSW training rules apply upon submission of the booking form.

A booking is deemed confirmed once the member’s or non-member’s name appears on the bookings spreadsheet. Payment must then be made as soon as possible and received prior to the training date.

Non-members must make payment immediately once their name appears on the bookings spreadsheet.

Cash payments on the day will not be accepted unless prior authorisation has been given by the ETSW committee.

Cheque payments are not accepted.

It is the member’s (or non members) responsibility to manage their bookings and ensure payment is made on time.
CANCELLATIONS

To notify ETSW of a booking cancellation please either direct message via the ETSW Facebook page or use the Contact Form
WEATHER RELATED EVENT CANCELLATIONS
If an event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (including frozen or flooded arenas or severe weather making the event unsafe), the following will apply:

Due to the unpredictability of UK weather, weather-related cancellation decisions will be made on the day of the event.

Cancellation notices will be posted on the ETSW Facebook page.

A text or WhatsApp message will also be sent to all riders using the contact details provided on the booking form.

If training is rescheduled, riders will be offered first refusal on the new date.

If a rider cannot attend the rescheduled session, a full refund will be issued.

Any refunds issued for training cancelled by ETSW will be made in full.

If a rider chooses not to attend a session that is running and has not been cancelled by ETSW, standard cancellation rules will apply.
